Where to enter your code
At checkout, paste your code into the discount code field and hit apply. The discount shows in your order summary immediately. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed, so double-check the summary before paying.
Why isn't my code working?
The usual suspects, in order of likelihood:
- One code per order. Only one discount code can be applied to an order. If a sale price or automatic discount is already active, a code may not stack on top of it.
- Expired or campaign-specific. Codes from past sales and one-time email offers have end dates. The offer's fine print has the details.
- Typos. Codes are exact: copy and paste beats retyping.
- Product exclusions. Some codes apply only to specific products or first orders.
Gift cards are different
A gift card is a payment method, not a discount, so it does not count against the one-code rule. You can apply a discount code AND pay with a gift card on the same order.
