First, two quick checks
Before anything else, check these two spots. They solve most "missing hardware" cases:
- The foam packaging. Small hardware bags (screws, washers, knobs) are often tucked into cutouts inside the foam inserts or taped inside the box flaps. Check every foam layer before breaking down the box.
- Pre-installed on the frame. Some hardware ships already threaded into the frame at its final position so it cannot get lost. Check the assembly diagram in your manual and look at the actual frame where each bolt belongs.

Email shop@reformefitness.com with:
- Your order number
- The part name or diagram number from your assembly manual (for example, "part 6, leg bracket pin")
- A quick photo of what you received, if you can
Replacement parts ship to you at no cost. Including the diagram number from the manual is the single biggest thing that speeds this up, because it tells us exactly which part to pull.
If the part arrived broken instead of missing
That counts as a defective item: we replace it or refund you in full at no cost, under your 60-day window and the 365-day warranty. Same email, same info, and photos of the damage help us make it right on the first reply.
