Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. To manage your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us at shop@reformefitness.com.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You'll have a set amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
