What's your return policy?
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns require the original packaging.
Can I return a used item?
Yes — opened or used items are eligible for return with a $30 restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund. We provide the prepaid shipping label. Original packaging is required.

How long do refunds take?
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. No — free gifts and complimentary bundle items are yours to keep. They are non-refundable and do not need to be returned, even if you return the paid items from your order.
