Your order ships in two separate packages
If you ordered a machine with the Pro bundle (like the Climber+, DeepSquat+, or Pilates+), your order ships in two separate packages from different locations:
Package 1 — Your Main Machine
Ships from our US warehouse via FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Logistics. Processed within 2 business days, then 5–7 business days in transit.
Package 2 — Your Gift Bundle & Accessories
Your free gifts (Studio Bands, Sculpt Belt, DeepTissue+ massage gun) and any additional accessories like the InnerCore Pro ship separately. These items arrive 7–14 days after your main unit.
Why do they ship separately?
Due to the weight and size differences between your main machine (50+ lbs) and the smaller accessories, we ship them from different fulfillment locations to get your machine to you as fast as possible. If we waited to bundle everything together, your entire order would be delayed.
How do I track my second package?
You will receive a separate tracking email for your gift bundle once it ships. If you haven't received a tracking update within 14 days of your main unit arriving, please reach out to us at shop@reformefitness.com and we'll get you an update right away.
What about digital items?
If your order included the 6-Week Booty Builder Guide, this is a digital download delivered via email — it does not ship physically. Check your email inbox (including spam/promotions folders) for the download link.
