First steps
If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, here are a few things to check:
- Check around your property — drivers sometimes leave packages at side doors, garages, porches, or behind gates.
- Check with neighbors — some carriers mark packages as "delivered to neighbor" or leave them at nearby addresses by mistake.
- Check your mailroom or front desk — if you live in an apartment or condo, the package may have been left with building management.
- Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered before completing the actual drop-off, especially during peak volume periods.
Still can't find it?
If you've checked all the above and still cannot locate your package, please email us at shop@reformefitness.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full shipping address (to confirm it matches what's on file)
- The tracking number
We will investigate with the carrier and work to get this resolved for you.
