What's covered
Every REFORME machine comes with a 365-day manufacturer warranty from your delivery date, backed by expert support. If your machine develops a defect in materials or workmanship under normal home use within that year, we make it right with a replacement part, a repair solution, or a replacement unit.
How to make a claim
- Email shop@reformefitness.com with your order number.
- Describe the issue and mention the part name or diagram number from your manual if a specific part is involved.
- Attach a photo or short video showing the issue. This is the single biggest thing that speeds up your claim, because it usually lets us resolve it in one reply.
Our team responds within 24 hours on business days, usually sooner.
Warranty vs. the 60-day guarantee
They cover different things and run on different clocks:
- 60-day guarantee: your window to return the machine if it is not right for you, for any reason.
- 365-day warranty: your protection against defects for a full year, long after the return window closes.
If your machine arrives damaged or defective inside the first 60 days, you are covered by both: we replace it or refund you in full at no cost.
What's not covered
Normal cosmetic wear from regular use, and damage caused by misuse, modification, or use outside the machine's stated limits (like exceeding the weight capacity). When in doubt, email us anyway. We would rather look at a photo than have you assume you are not covered.
