Shipping Policy
Handling Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes may be extended during high volume periods such as sales events, product launches, and holidays. Even when selecting Express Shipping, there is a chance your item may take longer than 3-4 business days to arrive due to high demand. If this happens, your order will be prioritized in our fulfillment system and delivered as soon as possible.

The delivery date shown on our product pages is an estimate only and does not guarantee actual delivery time. Estimated dates may not account for high volume periods, sales events, or carrier delays. Please refer to this Shipping Policy for accurate timeframes.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the 48 U.S. continental states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or Military States (AA, AE, AP).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status here: Track Your Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on warehouse availability.
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at shop@reformefitness.com. We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us at shop@reformefitness.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Duties & Taxes
We currently ship within the U.S. only, so duties and taxes do not apply.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be delayed. We process orders as usual, but shipping carriers may experience delays. If you have concerns, please contact us.

- Do you deliver to upper floors? No, all fitness equipment is delivered via curbside delivery only.
- Why did my order arrive in multiple packages? We ship from multiple warehouses based on product availability, which may result in separate deliveries.
- I need a refund—what should I do? We offer a 60-day return policy on eligible products. Please refer to our Return Policy.
- What if my order is delayed? Delivery may be affected due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or customs delays).
