U.S. Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) is free. U.S. Express Shipping (3–4 business days) is $9.99. Your exact delivery date shows at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 U.S. continental states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or Military States (AA, AE, AP).
Can shipping take longer during sales or holidays?
Shipping timeframes may be extended during high volume periods such as sales events, product launches, and holidays. Even when selecting Express Shipping, there is a chance your item may take longer than 3–4 business days to arrive due to high demand. If this happens, your order will be prioritized in our fulfillment system and delivered as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to upper floors?
No, all fitness equipment is delivered via curbside delivery only.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We ship from multiple warehouses based on product availability, which may result in separate deliveries.
