I love this stepper!! It is compact and so easy to set up. I can easy do a few steps and then go back to what i was already doing. I can get so mmany steps in but i am working my legs and calves! Those need the most work on me. And i still feel the work in my arms too, especially my grip!

I like the vibration machine for when I'm doing squats. You can definitely feel the soreness after using it for a few days

Really easy to put together, storage is easy as well. Using this machine is a workout!! I thought it would be a walk in the park! Lol but no I was tired and breathing hard after 10-15 completed steps 😅 😅 it gets your blood flowing and you will work up a sweat

I love it. I ended up breaking the cord to the monitor during assembly, as it’s very short and delicate. Nonetheless, machine works perfectly. I use my watch to monitor my progress. Having the resistance bands for my arms is a plus. Love it.

I love it! Its harder than you think as your using your body on this machine. Its truely a great workout, you have to build up your stamina each time you get back on it!
