When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking info will be emailed once your order ships. You can also use the tracking link in your order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at help@reformefitness.com and we’ll do our best to update it.
Returns & Refunds
How to send it back or get a refund.
What’s your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your gear. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
Can I return a used product?
Yes. Used gear can be returned within 60 days, but return shipping is deducted from your refund ($30–$45 depending on location).
Is return shipping free?
We cover return shipping for defective or unopened items. Used returns will incur a shipping fee.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.

How do I assemble my product?
Setup instructions are included in the box and available online. Assembly is quick — no tools needed.
Where can I find the manual?
Each product page includes a digital manual. You can also email us and we’ll send it directly.
Does it need batteries or charging?
Some REFORME® gear uses batteries — typically two AAA. No charging required.
What’s the weight limit?
Varies by product. The Climber+ supports users up to 330 lbs.
