What’s your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
Used items can still be returned, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return a used item?
Yep — as long as it’s within 60 days and in original packaging.
If the item’s used, we’ll provide a return label and deduct $30–$45 from your refund depending on your location.
Is return shipping free?
It is if the item is unopened or defective. In those cases, we cover return shipping completely.
If it’s been used, you’ll cover the cost — we’ll still generate a prepaid label for you to make it easy.
How long do I have to ship it back?
Return labels expire after 3 days, so please drop it off quickly to avoid delays or label reactivation fees.
