US Shipping
Standard US shipping is free. Orders are processed within 2 business days, then standard delivery takes 5–7 business days in transit. Express shipping ($9.99) takes 3–4 business days in transit. We ship to the 48 continental US states.
Important notes:
- Delivery timeframes can stretch during high-volume periods like sales events and holidays. Express orders are prioritized in our fulfillment queue if delays occur.
- Carriers do not scan packages on weekends, so tracking may not update until Monday.
- If tracking shows "Label Created," your package is awaiting carrier pickup. Please allow 24 hours for the first scan.
- If tracking shows "Invalid" or no results, the package has not yet been scanned into the system. Please check again in 12 hours.
Where we don't ship
We currently cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics depending on the item. Your tracking email will indicate which carrier is handling your shipment.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days
During high-volume periods (especially after sales), carrier scans can be delayed. If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, please email us at shop@reformefitness.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
