Shipping Protection Policy
What Package Protection is
Package Protection is an optional add-on service offered by REFORME at checkout for $3.99. When added to your order, it covers your shipment against being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these happen, we will replace the affected item(s) free of charge (or, where a replacement isn't available, issue a refund or store credit at our discretion).
Package Protection is a service provided directly by REFORME. It is not insurance, it is not an insurance policy, and it is not underwritten by an insurance company. It is a merchant-provided delivery guarantee.
What's covered
With Package Protection added to your order, you're covered if your package is:
- Lost in transit — marked in transit but not delivered within a reasonable window
- Stolen — confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received ("porch piracy")
- Damaged — arrives broken or damaged due to handling in transit
How to file a claim
Email us at shop@reformefitness.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (and a photo, for damaged items). Claims should be filed within 30 days of the order's ship date. We aim to resolve approved claims by reshipping the affected items at no cost to you.
If you decline Package Protection
Package Protection is optional and can be removed in your cart at any time before checkout. If you choose not to add Package Protection, REFORME is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, including packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In that case, items will not be reshipped and refunds will not be issued for transit-related loss or damage.
