Quick answers.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. U.S. standard shipping (3–7 business days) is free on orders of $39.99 or more; express is $9.99 for 3–4 business days. Your exact shipping cost and delivery date show at checkout. We ship to the 48 continental states and email you tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse.

What if I don't like it?

You have 60 days from delivery. Unopened items return free with a prepaid label. If it arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund you in full. If you’ve opened or used it, it’s still returnable with a $30 restocking fee per item, and it needs its original packaging. Free gifts are yours to keep either way. Plus a 365-day manufacturer warranty.

What's in the box?

Your Bandas de estudio (paquete de 5), ready to use out of the box. If your order has more than one item, pieces may arrive in separate packages.
