Changing your shipping address
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at shop@reformefitness.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Your correct shipping address
If your order has not shipped yet: We can update the address immediately — no problem at all.
If your order is already in transit: We will do our best to intercept the shipment, but there may be limitations depending on the carrier and delivery status. In some cases, an interception fee may apply.
Canceling an order
To cancel your order, email us at shop@reformefitness.com with your order number.
If your order has not shipped yet: We can cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot intercept packages in transit. However, you can refuse the delivery or return the item once it arrives using our standard return process (we cover the return shipping for unopened items).
Please note: If you're canceling during an active sale, we cannot guarantee the same pricing or bonus items will be available if you decide to reorder later.
