Love it and it was very easy to put it together. You can also use this machine with adding weights like barbell or dumbbells . I did push ups with it too . Overall I recommend it . It was delivered to me earlier than expected delivery day .

I’m really happy with this machine so far. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up too much space, and feels sturdy when using it. I like that it gives me a simple way to work on my legs and glutes at home without needing a lot of equipment. It’s also convenient for quick workouts, especially if you’re trying to stay active from home. Overall, I think it’s a great buy for the price and beginner-friendly too.

This was not hard to put together though it was a little confusing getting the right screw in the proper place. At first, I had difficulty figuring out how to use it so I watched a video and realized what I was doing wrong. I’m liking it now that I have it figured out (somewhat). There are other exercises you can do with it. Right now, I’m doing just chest presses and squats with it.

My kids call this Moms Booty Machine 👀🤣🤣🤣Ladies with back issues like myself, this really does help not strain your back. Highly recommend.

The instructions are just drawings with numbers so as you get farther in the assembly process it begin to get a lot more complicated to figure out which step is next. They should provided written word instructions. I still don't know if I put the tension cords on correctly but so far it's working.The area between the 2 handles where the knees rest is extremely uncomfortable. I'm not a big person neither so I know it's painful on a much bigger person.Machine seems to function as described though. So far, I'm enjoying it but can't do it as often as I'd like because of the uncomfortness.

The spring does not provide much resistance. My husband purchased a better spring from Lowe's that gives me the resistance needed for squats. This is not the first machine I've purchased from this company where the springs were flimsy. In the picture you can see the difference in springs. The black one is the one that came on the machine and the big silver one is the spring we purchased and replaced the black one with. Overall, after replacement of the spring - great machine!

I absolutely Love this machineIt fits well in my office making it easy to use while workimg.

I recently purchased the Deep Squat Machine and I am very satisfied with it. The weight is not heavy you can move it around and store away perfectly and it is study. The assembly was a bit of a challenge as well as instructions however after reaching out to the seller they gave me instructions however to install a piece that was difficult. Please note that the two black bars that one have a hole drilled in it the other does not and that is how it is supposed to be. I am enjoying using this for my squats as well as push ups and it is of good quality and sturdy and a good value for money the spent.

I haven’t tried it out yet, but it’s set up and ready to go. The instructions are a bit confusing, so it took alittle longer to put together than I anticipated.

Very easy to put together. Instructions are small for us 40+ people lol so I had to use a magnifying glass but otherwise, it was very easily explainable. Can’t wait to try it and see if it really works.

Very easy to assemble. It’s definitely sturdy and there’s no chance for it to break I believe. It had some resistant if you’re looking for that. It’s easy on the knees. Product does not fold but it’s compact enough to store where you need it.

My machine just came in today. As soon as I installed it, I got to work. This machine is no joke. I can already feel it in my thighs, my stomach and my butt. i’m super happy that I ordered this.

8-2-25 I would like to update this review, and I want to update is the resistance. So initially, after trying the machine, I kind of went along with others and thought that the resistance was really lacking. However, After using it for a while, I do think it still probably needs a slight bit more resistance, but I now understand why there is a little bit lacking. It gives you the ability to squat further back and use your own body weight with the machine to help you stand back up. Again, after using it pretty consistently for the last however, many months, it’s actually helped with my leg muscles and not only can you do the squats, there are other exercises that you can do on it as well. I would definitely order this if you’re on the fence. And as a side note, the customer service is top-notch.Also, if you’re looking for an Adjustable dumbbell set, you should check out this companies product. They are absolutely amazing!After reading all the reviews on this, I decided to go ahead and order it since the positive seemed to outweigh the negative. I received it a few days ago, and decided last night to open the box to try to put it together.Let me first say that I am 100% not mechanically inclined. I hate putting things together, especially things with a bunch of different parts. I have a hard time reading and comprehending things. I prefer someone just show me.So with that said, after I open the box, I looked at it and said to myself “there’s no way”. I didn’t even take anything out. I just knew that it was not something I really wanted to try to accomplish. I looked at the directions, and I think had it been in a bigger format, it may have been a little bit easier to read and understand and I had a hard time trying to decipher things. For the average person, I would say it might be easier to assemble, for me it was not.So I went to my orders, and I was going to do a return on it, and then after finding out, it was going to cost $25 to ship it back, I changed my mind.I decided “what the heck” let’s try and put it together. So I did, and it took me probably twice as long as the average person, because again, I’m not stupid, I just have a hard time putting things together. That’s def not my forte.However, after almost two hours (don’t laugh 🤭) I finished it.Now to the actual product, I think for the value for the money, it’s probably on target, but I agree with other reviews that the resistance is lacking. I do find it very sturdy, and the comfort level for me is not bad.The size of it for me is fine. I’m 5’7” and I don’t have any issue with the height of it.Others have mentioned that the rollers are plastic and feel uncomfortable, but I don’t find that to be an issue for myself.If you’re looking for something with more resistance, I would not spend money on this one. If you want something to help strengthen a little bit, without heavy resistance, then it would probably be worth it.Just remember, you have to pay to ship it back if you don’t like it.I’m giving it a four star only because of the directions, and the resistance.
