"As a physical therapist, I work with a lot of patients with low back pain — most people do not stretch their hips enough. If you don't have space for one of those big, bulky inversion tables, grab one of these. Your back will thank you."

"You just need 600 seconds to decompress all of that built-up tension in the spine and the hips. It's the best thing I've found for that instant relief after being stiff and sedentary at a desk all day."

Compact Stretching Machine That Works Well for a Home Gym

This mini inversion table is a practical option for anyone who wants a more compact way to add back stretching and extension work to a home gym. The smaller footprint is one of the biggest advantages because it takes up less room than a full-size inversion table while still providing a structured way to stretch and change body position.Assembly was fairly straightforward, and the frame feels solid once everything is tightened properly. The listed 297-pound weight capacity gives the machine a sturdy feel, and the base stays stable during normal use when placed on a flat surface. The rollers are a nice addition because they provide extra contact along the back while using the machine. The positioning can feel a little different at first, so it is worth taking some time to get comfortable with the setup and make small adjustments rather than trying to stretch too aggressively right away.I also like that this machine can be used for more than one type of movement. In addition to gentle inversion-style positioning, it can be incorporated into stretching, back-extension exercises, and mobility routines. That makes it more useful than a piece of equipment designed for only one exercise. The compact size works especially well for apartments, smaller workout rooms, or anyone who does not want a large inversion table taking up permanent floor space. It is still substantial enough to feel like proper exercise equipment, but it is easier to fit into a home setup.Comfort will depend on body size and positioning, and I would recommend starting slowly until you are familiar with how the machine feels. Anyone using inversion or decompression-style equipment should also follow the included safety instructions and avoid assuming it will provide the same results for everyone.

Stretch+ Mini Inversion Table

Honestly, look, I'm setting up what's like a gym at home, right? In yours, I am using what the garage is to be able to create this environment. So, I'm kind of buying things so I can leave him super furnished A. What I want to do is have my gymnastics at home, I really already have almost everything, and this is one of the key things I needed because the truth is that a friend is. He recommended it to me. She has her imagination in her house and the truth is that she says this is wonderful. Besides, it does not take much space, it is very good resistant quality. And at the same time, you can do many types of exercise with this. The truth is super ideal for the moment. I've got it in a little ski. Until I can finish painting, see where exactly I'm going to place it. But I started using it, and it's really great. It is superstable and the truth is that its instructions are super clear.

Pivoting relief for back pain...

I exercise pretty consistently, and I’m not a powerlifter but I like to go pretty heavy for my age; and sometime after a heavy deadlift session my lower back and even glutes and hams are pretty cooked. And sometimes just from being at work leaning over a computer for hours I get pretty intense pain in my upper back. When I saw this inversion table I though I would order this and see if I could get a good stretch and help alleviate my back discomfort.Assembly is a snap. It comes in three pieces with everything already assembled except the leg assemblies that need to be inserted and screwed down into the roller assembly axle. The screws are actually already in the holes, so they just need to be removed and reinserted after the legs assemblies are inserted into the tubes on the roller assembly with the supplied allen wrench. Assembly takes about 5 mins or less.Inspecting the parts, the mini table appears to be made of high quality materials: tubular steel, high density foam, and heavy duty rubber feet Once assembled, the table is very sturdy with no rocking or wobbling when shaking it, and no play noted in any of the assembled parts. I initially wondered how difficult it was going to be to lean back onto the table from my seated position on the floor, I was worried that it would slide when I leaned against it, but it didn’t budge when I rocked back onto the rollers and I was able to pivot through a full range of motion without difficulty.I have a pretty wide back, but these rollers fit my frame well and give me a sturdy base of support. The high density foam rollers are very comfortable and seem to distribute my weight evenly. The table is well made and sturdy and I predict will prove to be a durable piece of equipment that will give gentle relief to my tight or sore back for a long time to come. If you are in the market for a simple machine to relieve your sore or aching back, this one is an excellent choice.

Good for stretching your back out

I like how compact it is and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Also, lying down on it really felt good and you know sometimes you can’t crack your back and need a good stretch? This really helped get that right angle you are looking for. My kids like it too for stretching.

Stretch+ Mini Inversion Table with Rollers- nice alternative to the full size ones

I'd love to get a full size inversion table but I don't have the room, so running across this was a fantastic find. I didn't even know that this was a thing.Assembly was nice and easy and I appreciate that they included extra bolts. Folded down it does take up space, but it's much easier to work around than a full inversion table. The quality of this table seems to be good. With mild iron tubing and pipes, I don't worry about the strength and stability. The foam rollers are thick and firm so so your back is shielded from the bars you're laying on.As for value, when comparing to others available that are like this, I did find that this could be competitive.

Nice for Lower Back Pain

I’m getting used to this and it definitely helps the lower back pain after eight hours at a desk. In my 50’s and dealing with all the things women do, including lower back pain, and this does relieve it temporarily. I’m not handy, but I was able to get this together in less than five minutes.. That was highly appreciated! I’m 5’4 and 160 pounds and it felt stable and durable after being assembled. I didn’t feel any wobbling or wonky rattling or anything. No issues for me with size or fit. This is light enough to move around easily and small enough to be able to store under my bed.. I’m still trying different moves on it for relief and different areas but I can confirm it definitely does take tension off of the back and shoulders.

Good value for money

I got it for my lower back. It’s pretty good to stretch your back. You have to learn how to balance yourself on it. It helped a lot with my stiffness. It’s pretty sturdy so don’t worry putting your weight on it.

Mini Inversion Table/Back Extension Machine

I was skeptical about this product because of its compactness but am pleasantly surprised after using it. The rollers are comfortable and roll slightly. If they rolled too freely your back would slip off of them so they did this right. The stand is what worried me since it is so small and light I was afraid it would tip over or implode, thankfully neither has happened. In fact it is rated up to just shy of 300lbs so at 160lbs I have nothing to worry about. This mini inversion table can be used in three ways to take stress of the spine and works quite well. Assembly took a couple of minutes if that. Storage is a non issue since it is so small and light. This can also be used as a massager for pain in your legs too. $79.99 might seem costly for something so compact but in comparison to larger bulkier machines that do mostly the same thing this is a great deal.

Minor assembly required

This mini inversion table is easy to assemble and use. IT took me about 10 minutes to have it assembled and in use. It is a fantastic value for the money and the relief it provides. It seems decently durable and all of the foam pads rotate so you can roll back and forth easily. It supports my weight range (180lbs) and probably some more easily. No creaks or weird feeling while using. It also comes in red. This gives good back support and stretch.

Mini inversion device for. Back stretching and support

This inversion table with rollers is a god product. I wish there was a little more versatility with the rollers, but overall this is a good tool to help stretch out your back. The assembly was very easy and the durability is definitely on par. This provides good back support and can help strengthen your back if you use it correctly. Overall good value for the money.

This is work

I hesitated before ordering this mini kneeling inversion bench because I didn't want another piece of exercise equipment at home that would just go unused. However, since I deal with daily back and hip pain, I decided to order it; it is truly easy to assemble and helps stretch my back and spine. It features eight high-density foam rollers and offers a 135° incline—perfect for spinal stretching exercises and relieving hip pain. Overall, this bench is well-designed, offers good stability, and effectively relieves my back and hip pain while allowing me to perform stretches I wouldn't normally do. The price is very competitive, and the quality is excellent.

Space Saving Inversion Table

This mini inversion table is interesting and useful. It is low to the floor, which many people will see as a plus. You’re not likely to fall but at least you won’t go far if something happens. The materials are good. There’s not much to put together. It’s easy. But one side didn’t tighten fully, even with trying a different screw. It’s still sturdy enough. The rollers are comfortable and provide decent back support. It has grip feet but it still will slide some on hard floors so you need to stabilize it and yourself when using it. It helps the back to stretch and it feels good. It’s also not heavy and is easy to store. This is a good value alternative to a full inversion table.

My back pain was gone the next morning!

My back has been hurting for about a week and a half. I’d been using Tiger Balm (kind of like Ben Gay or Icy Hot) and using ibuprofen without significant relief. I gave this a try, not expecting much. I gave myself a headache from maybe inverting for too long. Make no mistake, there’s no true inversion with this, but more like a Trendelenburg position for your upper torso, stretching out your back. I was still sore after using it. However, the next morning? It took me a while to realize that my pain was gone! The day before, the pain was just as bad as it had been the previous week, so it’s not like it has been gradually improving. I’m a believer now and am very happy to have this. It’s is well made with all metal construction aside from the foam rollers. It is so much smaller than a full inversion table, making it relatively easy to store.

Already improving my posture! Great spinal stretch, sturdy build, and easy to store

If you’ve ever dealt with stubborn, chronic back or neck issues, you know how exhausting it is to search for something that actually works. This mini stretcher has been a fantastic addition to my daily equipment routine—giving me much-needed relief. I’m so thankful. It’s well-made and a breeze to assemble. The relief is almost instant. It gently opens up those tight, compressed spots along the spine, helping me stand taller and walk straighter right away. In fact, after my very first 10-minute session, my family actually commented on how much better my posture looked. 🥳The high-density foam rollers feel incredible against tight muscles and provide solid back support. You can easily shift your body up or down to hit the exact sweet spots along your neck, upper back, or lower lumbar. Because your feet stay safely planted on the ground at a gentle, controlled angle, you get that deep spinal decompression without any head rushes, dizziness, or scary strapping-in processes. It has a tiny floor footprint and slides right into a closet or under a bed when you're done. Having this safe, effective option is so awesome. I really love it!

FAQs

Still curious? Visit our full FAQs page to learn more.

How long until I feel a difference?

Most people feel their back loosen up after the very first session. With just 10–15 minutes a day, the adjustable stretch and 8 massage rollers help ease everyday tension and support better posture over time — relief you can build right into your routine.

I've never used a back stretcher - is it hard to use?

Not at all. Your feet stay grounded for a stable, controlled stretch — no hanging upside down, no dizziness. Start on the gentle 135° setting to ease in, then adjust up to 180° or 225° for a deeper stretch as your back gets used to it.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You've got a 60-day return window plus a 365-day manufacturer warranty. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you. For other returns, see our return policy for full details.

Is this sturdy enough for my weight?

Yes. The thickened alloy-steel frame supports up to 400 lbs, with non-slip TPR feet that keep it planted and wobble-free while you stretch. Built solid and backed by our 365-day manufacturer warranty.

How is this different from a foam roller or going to the chiropractor?

A foam roller only works surface muscle — Stretch+ gently decompresses and stretches your spine with 8 contoured rollers that target your neck, mid-back, and lower back at once. It's a daily, at-home way to ease tension on your schedule, without the recurring cost of appointments.

What's included with my order?

Every order includes the Stretch+ unit — which arrives mostly pre-assembled for quick setup — plus your free Low Back Pain Relief Guide ($29.99 value), and a 365-day manufacturer warranty. The guide is yours to keep, even if you return your unit.

I have a back condition or past injury - is this safe for me?

Stretch+ is designed for a gentle, controlled stretch — your feet stay grounded (no hanging upside down) and you can start on the lightest 135° setting and ease in as your back gets used to it. That said, every body is different — if you have a known back condition, a recent injury, or are pregnant, please check with your doctor before starting any new stretching routine.
